I always stay here because I never regret it. The staff helped me print important documents on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, it's cots only, no pets or smoking. Can't wait for my next city trip!

I had a wonderful stay at Les Appartements De L'Atelier Paris 3. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, and the high ceilings added a touch of Parisian charm. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro and plenty of nearby attractions. The host, Anthony, was always quick to respond and provided helpful information. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Paris.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of Marais. The place was even better than the photos, with a charming Parisian vibe. Anthony, the host, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and metro stations. Our daughter found the sofa bed to be surprisingly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet ambiance and the presence of air conditioning. The addition of a Nespresso coffee machine was a delightful touch, and we enjoyed visiting the cute coffee shop, Berry, just across the street. it was a truly wonderful experience.

The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of a shower curtain or some other means of keeping water from getting on the floor. It would also be helpful to have a few more hooks for towels, especially for larger families.

The apartment provides plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, and clean towels for a comfortable stay.

The additional cleaning fee was quite high compared to the rental price.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decor of the hotel. The art on the walls and the charming furniture gave it a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The general areas were impeccable and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman. The accessibility for seniors was outstanding, with handrails in the hallways and elevators available for me to use whenever necessary.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. Despite their kind intentions, the children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and forgetful at times.

We spent 3 nights in February and were very happy with our apartment. It was not only gorgeous, but clean and warm, and the location was excellent. Brice was a wonderful host and always very helpful. The whole neighborhood and especially the particular apartment gave us the wonderful feeling of the old Parisian architecture. The rooms are very clean with many amenities especially in the kitchen. The surrounding streets are full of coffee and ethnic food while the night was quiet enough to enjoy your sleep. We highly recommend this special apartment.
